Your purchase includes digital design files for the permitted uses below. Please review these terms before placing your order.

✅ PERMITTED USES

You may use purchased designs to:

  • Create and sell finished physical products, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, stickers, tote bags, and other tangible items.

  • Sell those finished physical products through your retail or wholesale business.

  • Create and sell screen prints, DTF transfers, and sublimation transfers. No additional or extended license is required through December 31, 2026.

  • Use watermarked product previews and mockups to advertise physical products permitted under these terms.

Transfer licensing requirements may change for future purchases. Please review the terms provided with each purchase.

🚫 PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Resell, share, gift, trade, or distribute the digital files, including through shared drives, groups, digital bundles, or download links.

  • Use any part of a design to create new digital artwork, graphics, templates, or derivative designs for resale.

  • Digitize or convert the designs into embroidery files, or have someone else digitize them on your behalf. This includes manual or automated digitizing for personal use, commercial use, resale, or creating embroidered physical products.

  • Use the designs as logos, business branding, or digital marketing graphics, except for the watermarked product previews permitted above.

  • Claim the artwork as your own.

  • Use the designs to train AI models or create NFTs.

  • Upload the designs to print-on-demand platforms or marketplaces, including Redbubble, Teespring, or similar services.

  • Post or share unwatermarked digital previews or original design files.

Purchasing a design does not give you permission to sell or distribute the digital artwork itself, even if you have modified it. Each person or business using the digital design must purchase their own copy.

🔒 WATERMARK REQUIREMENT

All designs and mockups must include a clearly visible watermark placed over the artwork whenever posted online, including on social media, websites, marketplace listings, and in groups.

Watermarked previews may be used only to advertise physical products permitted under these terms. Adding a watermark does not give you permission to resell or distribute the digital files.
